03/30/2011 – The Contracting Office stated that Solicitation # N65236-10-R-0028 (the follow-on to the above contract) has been cancelled. The current contract is expected to be extended an additional year.
Objective and Scope:
Multi-award performance based contract to qualified 8(a) contractors – 33 Awardees. Contract holders must pursue and receive task orders either through competitive or sole source procedures. Contract holders will be allowed to receive a cumulative amount of sole source orders up to a maximum dollar value of $3.5 million during the life of this contract.
Majority of work required under contract will fall within following;
- Program, Project and Acquisition Management Support
- Materials and Equipment Procurement
- Engineering and Testing Support
- Integrated Logistics Support
- Maintenance and Technical Support
- Configuration Management
- Information Technology and Web Services Support
Task Order Features:
Task Orders initiated by the Gov’t, no work can begin without TO. Eligible contractors submit proposal based upon Gov’t Draft SOW. Proposal must include SOW and detailed cost estimate. Generally have a 5 day window to respond.
Certain tasking will require individuals to have or be able to obtain TS/SCI. Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type orders.
